Customer Service

What truly defines a company? 
Is it their products and services offered? 
What makes you loyal to a company? 
One that cares about their customers? 
How about GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE?!

I placed my awesome order (the one where I used my Loyalty Dollars and got my 96-Load laundry pack for only $3.49) on Friday.  When I got home yesterday, my box was waiting for me!  Though, right off hand, I noticed something is a little off.  It was not in the usual packaging and when I opened it up, all my items were in a big plastic sack inside the box.  NOT the normal packaging process.  I sort through my stuff and realize something must have leaked as it got all over my dryer sheets and the main laundry detergent was missing!  A little hot and bothered by it, quite honestly, I called customer service before even sitting down to dinner. 
We came to the conclusion that UPS really did something to the package for something to leak and ruin an item.  I am thinking they must have ran over the box!!  Within 10 minutes of verifying everything, double checking my information, the representative placed a reorder of my one damaged and one missing item.  Within the hour, I received an email notification acknowledging my order and the next morning, received notification that my items have been shipped. 

I LOVE IT!!!
